    Randy was an amazing person and I was happy to know him and call him friend. It’s been awhile since I lived in Evansville and was planning to visit him the next time I visited Evansville…..he was kind,funny, interesting,had passion for music. I have many fond memories of working with him – he was an amazing dj. He was a wonderful gift to this world! Miss and Love you Randy❤️ I still have the beautiful jewelry box you made for me RIP

Randall L. Strange, 62, passed away on April 2, 2022. He was born on February 14, 1960, in Evansville, Indiana.

Randy served his country in the United States Army. He was a free spirit and a pure joy to be around. He was passionate about music, he loved classic rock. He was a DJ and the life of the party; he made a friend in everyone. He was known to make all those around him laugh in every encounter. He was artistic and crafty and had no problem making anything he visualized, he had a real knack. He will be missed by many.

Randy was preceded in death by his parents James Strange and Rosalie Pyle and his brother Jeff Strange.

Randy is survived by his children Crystal, Tabitha, Jimmy; numerous grandchildren; 11 nieces and nephews; stepfather Daniel Pyle; siblings Karen Pyle, Daniel Pyle Jr., his life-long friend Ron Watson; and several extended family and friends.

Visitation will be at 10am until 1pm on Wednesday, April 6, 2022, at Sunset Funeral Home.
