Priscilla Rowe Abbey, 88, passed away on February 14, 2020. She was born on September 23, 1931 to Merle and Mildred Rowe in Dunkirk, NY.
Priscilla was a wonderful mother and grandmother. Taking care of her family was the most important part or her life. When Priscilla was younger, she was a dental hygienist and moved to Oklahoma, Kansas, Illinois, and then to Indiana. For several years, she lived in Princeton, Indiana and was a member of Hillside Methodist Church.
Priscilla is survived by her children Jon (Janet) Abbey and Susan Abbey; her grandchildren Bryce (Sara) Abbey and Kindra (Nick) Mangarella; and her brother David (Ruth) Rowe.
Priscilla was preceded in death by her husband Warren Abbey and her parents.
