Mathew J. Robling passed away on September 29, 2022. He was born on May 19, 1986 to Jeff C. Robling and Laura K. Robling-Schaad in Evansville, Indiana.
Mathew was passionate about cooking for others; he worked as a chef and loved every minute of it. He appreciated all forms of art, especially tattoos. He enjoyed playing video games with friends. He was an avid fan of watching NFL and MMA fighting. Mathew often joked he was a chick magnet, a blessing and a curse. He had a sense of humor like no other and was constantly making others laugh. He was a friend to all and brought joy to all around him. Above all, his family meant so much to him and he cherished time spent together.
Mathew is survived by his daughter Alexandrea Helen Kay Robling; parents Jeff C. Robling and Laura K. Robling-Schaad; Step-dad Dan R. Blunk; siblings Mandi (Anthony Derrington) K. Robling and his nephew Micah D. Robling; step-siblings Amanda B. Blunk and Tanner D. Blunk; aunts Dee Conner (Keith) and Ann Schaad Waters (Fred), France Schaad Lutz (Jerry); uncle George Robling (Irene), Mark Robling, Mitchel Robling, and Dale Schaad (Diane); his love and best friend Rachel Cones Baum.
Mathew was preceded in death by his grandmothers Anetta Robling and Mildred Schaad; uncles Gilbert Robling, Bill Schaad, and Ray Schaad.
A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
