Joseph “Joe” Arthur Goins Sr., 73 of Evansville Indiana passed away on February 20, 2021. He was born in Owensboro, Kentucky on March 28, 1947 to Mary Pinkston and Horace White.
Joe had a heart of gold always helping people out every chance he got. He loved to listen to old country music, watching old westerns and wrestling, and playing spades. He was always very handy he could fix anything. He worked most of his life in construction after getting out of the army. Joe was a family man that adored his children, grandchildren, great grandchildren, and family.
Joe is survived by his children; Joseph Goins Jr, and Miles Goins, Mary Clendenin and Joanna Pierce. Also missing Joe is his many grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and cousins. Joe is also survived by his brother; Orville “Skeeter” Crowe and James White.
Joe is preceded in death by his loving wife Beverly Goins; parents Mary Pinkston and Horace White; brother Charles White; sisters Rita Rice and Debbie Logston; and daughter Tonya Goins.
There will be a graveside service for Joe at Sunset Funeral Home and Memorial Park Wednesday at 1pm.
