James “Jimmy” Michael Leslie, 39, passed away on September 23, 2021. He was born on July 31, 1982 to Rhonda (Johns) Weber and Scott Leslie in Evansville, IN.
Jimmy was known for always cracking jokes any chance he could get. He had a love for nature and would spend a lot of his time walking or hiking in the woods soaking it all in. One of his favorite vacations was at the beach in Florida with his family. Of course, Jimmy being as prone to accidents as he was ended up hitting his head during the trip although that didn’t stop him one bit from having a good time with his family and enjoying the ocean. Jimmy was always helping others any chance he had. He had a heart of gold and will be dearly missed by all the lives he had touched throughout the years.
Jimmy was preceded in death by his grandmothers Dorothy Ricketts and Janice Johns as well as his grandfather Joseph Johns.
Jimmy is survived by his loving parents Rhonda (Henry) Weber and Scott Leslie. He is also survived by his brother Joseph “Joey” Leslie, his aunts Libby (Scott) Willis, Kathie Cumbee and many cousins.

Visitation will be from 10:30am until the time of service at 12pm on Saturday, October 2, 2021, at Sunset Funeral Home.
