Dorothy L. McLeod, 99, went home to be with Jesus on March 15, 2023. She was born on December 27, 1923 to Robert Lee and Laudia Jean (Duncan) Laffoon in Charleston, Kentucky.
Dorothy was a faithful attendant of Crossroads Christian Church. She spent many years working at Schwinn Bike making parts for the military. In her free time, she enjoyed gardening and quilting. She treasured spending time with her family.
Dorothy is survived by her daughters Villa Lee (Doug) Kerr, Margaret Ann (David) Sandel, Elizabeth Kay McLeod; grandchildren Heather (Robert) Adler, Chris (Melissa) Sandel, Marc Sandel, Andi (Akihiko) Tomita; great-grandchildren Ann Shirley Bevill, Michael Adler, Matthew Adler, Morgan Adler, Jack Sandel, Aly Sandel, Miles Tomita, Jasper Tomita; siblings Ruby Laffoon (Janis), Don (Ginger) Laffoon; numerous extended family members.
Dorothy was widowed by husband’s Frank Brown and Edward McLeod; Also preceding Dorothy is grandson Russ Eric Bevill; and siblings Bobby Laffoon, Villa Townsend, Ina Garegnani.
