I am so sorry for your family’s loss. Just hearing Brian speak of his “Nanny” makes me know she was a wonderful person. I had the pleasure of meeting her at Brian and Kelly’s wedding and enjoyed several phone calls with her “just checking on the kids”. Our sincere sympathy is being sent to your family.

Doris M. Bowler, 89, passed away on August 18, 2020 at the home of her son in Evansville. She was born on November 2, 1930 to John and Florence Carl in Lawrence County, Illinois.
Doris graduated high school in 1947 and married Bud O. Bowler on May 29, 1948. Doris retired from General Electric, Mt. Vernon after 20 years. After retirement, she was able to take many trips and enjoyed travelling; especially to Arizona and Alaska. She and Bud especially enjoyed a safari in Kenya.
