Cynthia Ann “Cindy” Phelps, 72, passed away on January 1, 2023. She was born in Evansville, Indiana on August 13, 1950, to Huston and Hazel Gibson.
Cindy is survived by her son, Derek (Diane) Phelps; her grandchildren, Cecely (Kody) Cunningham and Zachary (Emily) Phelps; her great grandbabies, Leo, Owen, Emma, and Evan; her brothers, Mark Gibson and Ronald Gibson; and her beloved cat, Sissy.
Cindy is preceded in death by her parents, Huston and Hazel; and her brother, Paul Gibson.
The family extends a special thanks to the staff at ECHO clinic, and especially to her nurse practitioner, Janie Risinger.
