Connie Brassard

Connie Brassard, 70, passed away on June 21, 2021. She was born on April 1, 1951, to Claude and Betty VanHoosier in Bristow, Indiana.

Connie is survived by her children Jonathan (Emma) Brassard and Natalie Brassard; nieces and nephews Shari Kirkpatrick, Debra Rust, Tammie Woolsey, Randy Cash and many others; she was the second youngest of 12 children, and she was well-loved and cared for by all of her friends whom she greatly valued.

Connie was such a joy to be around, she loved time spent and memories made with her family and friends more than anything. She loved to bicycle, exercise, and play CatchPhrase. She worked at Snap Photo for 11 years, Old National Bank for 24 years, and Deaconess Gateway for 7 years. She made so many friends that turned into family through these jobs and hobbies. She was a member of St. John’s the Baptist Catholic Church in Newburgh, IN. She was so loved and will be greatly missed.

Visitation will be from 5-7 pm on June 24th, 2021, at Sunset Funeral Home. Service will be held at 10 am on Friday, June 25th, 2021, at St. John the Baptist Catholic Church. In lieu of flowers, please make donations to the American Cancer Society.
