One of my favorite people. Honest no matter what. He was a faithful employee for Bernie for 18 years and could not be replaced. Lots of stories about “Uncle Carroll”, as my kids used to call him. RIP Carroll.
He has been and ALWAYS be missed AT THE HICKORY PIT. His chair will ALWAYS BE there. I know that he’s not hurting anymore but that still WON’T make me stop crying. I LOVE YOU CARROLL.
Carroll was a good man. He always acted tough, but he really cared about others. He taught me alot about masonry and life when we were working together. Most importantly, he taught through example of work ethic and respect for others.
Carroll Guinn, 64, passed away on July 17, 2021. He was born on July 29, 1956, in Evansville, Indiana.
Carroll enjoyed watching old westerns and woodworking. He was a smart man and jack of all trades. He was a man of his word and taught his kids respect. He worked so hard every single day to provide for his family even in his last days, that’s just the man he was. He loved his children very much. He will be greatly missed.
Carroll was preceded in death by his mother Hallie Mae Jones.
Carroll is survived by his children Tracey Guinn, Crystal Guinn, and Chace (Megan) Guinn; brother Dave (Melinda) Guinn, 2 sisters; grandchildren Ashley, Chelsey, Bailey, Hayley, Kylee, Justin, Gracie, Isabella, Harper, and Thea; 2 great-grandchildren and 1 on the way; close friend Lisa Guinn; his dog, D.O.G.; and many other close friends and family.
