Beverly Nell (Dukes) McDowell, 79, passed away on April 4, 2023, at Linda E. White Hospice House. She was born on May 3, 1943, to Courtland John Wilkins and Era Nell (Howell) Wilkins.
Beverly had a green thumb; she had the most impressive flower and vegetable garden. She had a heart for all animals. She worked in Retail and Banking for over 25 years. She was an amazing mother, her children were her world. She treasured making memories with her family. Beverly will be missed greatly by all who knew and loved her.
Beverly is survived by her daughter Robin Stobaugh.
Beverly was preceded in death by her parents, husband Orlen Wayne McDowell, and son Rondel Stobaugh Jr.
Following Beverly’s wish, there will be no services. In lieu of flowers, please send donations to Vanderburgh Humane Society in honor of Beverly.
