Steven J. Miller, 65, passed away on February 2, 2022. He was born on September 13, 1956, to Don and Norma Miller in Evansville, Indiana.
Steve retired from the Evansville Fire Department where he worked for many years. He enjoyed spending time in the outdoors camping and traveling with his family. He loved music and attending concerts. He had great interest in plays, history, genealogy, and watching football and movies. Steve and Sheree worked on counted cross stitch together as a special hobby. Above all, he loved his family very much and he will be greatly missed.
Steve was preceded in death by parents Don and Norma Miller; grandparents Leonard and Margie Hicks; daughter Stephanie Miller; mother-in-law Bonnie Knapp; and grandson Xaiden Greene.
Steve is survived by his loving wife of many years Sheree Miller; his children David Tenbarge, Aimee Miller, Candy Miller, Paige Miller, Anna Berry, Steven RJ (Nina) Miller, Hannah Miller, Allyshia Miller, Victoria Miller, Jenna Hauck, Rebecca Miller, Eric Miller, Cathee Miller, and Mari Rendon; sister Donna (Larry) Bish; sisters-in-law Michelle (Charlie) Kirsch and their very special son Joseph, Paula Blythe; father-in- law Paul Knapp; grandchildren Roni Miller, Rayn Miller, very special grandson Xavier James Berry and many cousins, nieces and nephew, and extended family.
Visitation will be from 10 am until the time of service at 12 pm on Tuesday, February 8th, 2022, at Sunset Funeral Home with a burial to directly follow at Sunset Memorial Park.
