I was devastated to hear about Zeke’s passing. I will always remember him as a precious boy in my kindergarten class many years ago. He could always melt my heart with his gentle ways and shy smile. Dawn, you and your family are in my prayers. May you feel God’s peace.

My deepest condolences to the family. I’ve met Zeke through his folks. They were a block away, and I would stop by on my walks and was invited to holiday dinners. Zeke was a wonderful young man. You could see the love for his wife and children. Rest peacefully. You will be missed. 💖
Richard, there are no appropriate words to describe how sorry I am for your loss. My heart aches for you all, including Prissie. Please know that we are thinking of you.

Zeke Levi Biggs, 24, passed away on March 5, 2022. He was born on September 26, 1997, to Richard Biggs and Dawn Lay in Evansville, Indiana.
Zeke was so kind-hearted, generous, and thoughtful. He loved his family with all of his heart. He had two beautiful daughters Marleigh and Kenleigh; his wife and daughters were his world. Family was everything to him. He enjoyed Xbox, playing basketball with his buddies, making and listening to music, and playing drums; he was so very talented. He was a ‘yes man,’ you could always count on him to show up for anything and anyone. He was a family man, constantly coordinating getting the family together and spending time with his loved ones. He was the lead man for Mr. Tree; he worked closely together with his Dad. He was the first one to make others laugh, he had a signature smirk. Mister B’s was his spot, he was passionate about food. He was so loved and will be missed tremendously.
Zeke was preceded in death by his grandmother Dorothy Shockley and grandfather Daniel Biggs, Aunt Julie Biggs, Uncle Kenneth Biggs, and Katie his beloved dog.
Zeke is survived by his loving wife and best friend Belle Weimer; two sweet daughters Marleigh and Kenleigh; parents Dawn Lay and Richard Biggs; siblings Ashley Doss, Trinity Hall (Cody), Kyle Biggs; nieces and nephews Angel, Eian, Brandon Mahon; numerous cousins; best friend Jacob Smith and his son Weston; Lana his fur-baby and Fluffy the Ball Python snake; and many other extended family and good friends.
