Tammy Sue (Miles) File, passed away peacefully at home on January 28, 2023. She was born on June 11, 1961, to Harold Miles and Gwen (Desousa) Hunt in Evansville, Indiana.
Tammy was a wonderful wife, mother, and grandmother. Her grandchildren were her world. Tammy looked forward to cheering on her grandchildren in all their sporting events. She enjoyed family vacations to Florida; she treasured quality time making new memories. If Tammy was surrounded by her family, she would be happy. She will be missed greatly by all who knew and loved her.
Tammy is survived by her husband Roger File; children Josh (Traci) File, and Chris (Julie) File; Grandchildren Jacob, Isaac, Taylor, Madelyn, Lucas, and Grace; siblings Timmy, Patty, Christie, and Shawn; numerous nieces, nephews, and extended family.
Tammy was preceded in death by her parents Harold Miles and Gwen Hunt and siblings Rhonda and Brent.
A special thank you to the Healthcare workers that have shown so much kindness, care, and compassion during this difficult time.
Visitation will be from 10am until the time of service at 12pm on Friday, February 3rd, 2023 at Sunset Funeral Home with a burial to directly follow at Sunset Memorial Park.
