Steven Michael (Killer) Smith, 72, passed away on February 20, 2023. He was born on August 14, 1951 in Evansville, Indiana.
Killer worked as a talented Master Carpenter. He was a NASCAR fanatic. Killer spent several days enjoying Ellis Park Racing and Gaming. He enjoyed stock car racing, playing pool, and fishing in his spare time. He will be missed by all.
Killer is survived by his loving wife Nancy Smith-McCarty; children Kelly Smith (Julius) and Billy Smith (Tiffany); Grandchildren Jacob, Kaine, Avyona, William, Angel, Donivan, Julius, Lexi; great-grandchildren Knowlyn, Karter, Aydin; brother Tommy Sanders; sister-in-laws Cathy, Mary, Theresa, Carla; brother-in-laws Joe, Brent (Donna); special cousins Pam Jay and Tony Keach; and many extended family and friends.
Killer was preceded in death by his father figures Bill Keach and Dolly Waters; mother figure Libby Waters; brothers David Sanders and James Scarbrough; great-grandson Major; cousin Mark Keach; and good friend Bobby P.
A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
