Steven Jeffery “Jeff” Moring passed away on Tuesday, September 7, 2021 at the Linda E White Hospice House surrounded by his loving family. Jeff was born at Tyndall Air Force Base in Panama City.
Jeff was very talented in many ways; he loved gardening, cooking, and baking. He was a lover of animals, especially his dog; Tankia. Jeff enjoyed spending every minute he could with his family. He always wanted his family to know what they meant to him and sent out cards to each family member on every holiday. Jeff also enjoyed traveling; he went to Japan, Mississippi, Louisiana, and Alabama. He also lived in Tampa and Panama City. Jeff was a collector of antiques and left a collection behind. He was a very talented photographer, and enjoyed the outdoors. Jeff loved horses, and was very talented at crafting and painting. Jeff also believed in God, and knew Jesus Christ as his Savior.
Jeff will be missed by many including his dad Michael B. Westerfield, brother Michael “Mikie” W. (Nicole) Westerfield, Aunt Donna, nieces; Alyssia Moore, Alessandra Westerfield, and nephew Mykail Westerfield. He is also leaving behind his great nephew Mateo Westerfield; Uncle George Porter, and Cousins; Marsha Graves and Aunt Jerry Sumrall Garner.
Jeff is preceded in death by his loving mother Elizabeth Ann “Libby” Westerfield. Also, passed on before Jeff was his Uncle John Wayne Copeland and his grandma Ann Doss and grandpa Lonnie Copeland.
