Sally A. Evans, 59, passed away May 28, 2018 in Newburgh, IN. She was born the daughter of Herbert and Patty Duncan in Evansville, IN on October, 25, 1958.
She loved to dance, work on her garden, and refinish concrete statues in her free time. Her family fondly remembers her as an animal lover and a loving care giver with the biggest heart.
Sally is survived by her husband of 18 years Rocky Evans; children Tiffany Crowe, and Jason (Amber) Crowe; grandchild Isaiah Crowe; her brother Louis (Teri) Duncan; sister-in-law Cheryl Kurzendoerfer; mother Patty Duncan; and beloved friend Jeanne Pemberton. The family would like to thank the staff and her friends from Signature Health Care and AseraCare Hospice.
Sally was preceded in death by her father Herbert Duncan.
A memorial service will be held at a future date.
