Phyllis E. Ledford, 67, passed away on May 11, 2021. She was born on December 3, 1953, to Ivey and Imogene Downing in Bartow, Florida.
Phyllis loved watching crime shows, that was one of her favorite things to do. Criminal minds was her most-watched show. Her favorite color was purple. She loved to dye her hair fun colors, she was a bit of a free spirit. She will be missed by many.
Phyllis was preceded in death by her children Kevin Jackson and Cecelia McNeese.
Phyllis is survived by son Garry Jackson; grandchildren Tiffany, Tori, Melissa, Chris, and Sky; great-grandchildren Caden, Ali, Leia, Emi; and siblings Betty and Jimmy.
