Patrick E. Smith, 59, passed away on December 23, 2022.
Patrick was born on April 25th, 1963 in Evansville, Indiana, to Jack Smith Sr. and Jane (Thorton) Thomas. He worked as a PTI Dispatcher for several years. You could often find Patrick managing several forms of Technology. He enjoyed operating computers, online games, and television. In his spare time, he enjoyed spending time outside in his yard. Above all, he loved his family.
Patrick will be missed by his children Brannon (Tina) Hoff and Heather Smith (Alex Kohler), grandchildren Dessimber, Silas, and Evelyn; step-father Neil Thomas; siblings Jack (Gloria) Smith and Geoffrey (Noriko) Arakaki; numerous extended family.
Patrick was preceded in death by his parents and brother Mark Smith.
