I’m going to miss you very much Uncle Paco!! But I know that you are no longer suffering & that helps me to understand that God was ready for you. I promise you I will be there for Aunt Joyce and Ruby as much as I can. I can’t wait till we see all of our loved ones again some day. Paco Alire, 75, passed away at home on October 28, 2019. He was born on September 20, 1944 to Jose and Juanita Alire in El Rito, New Mexico.
Paco was a hard worker. He spent many years in the siding and remodeling business and loved keeping busy. Paco also loved to sing. He would sing country music and his favorite was Merle Haggard. Paco was a family man. He loved spending time with his children and grandchildren as often as he could.
Paco is survived by his wife of 53 years Joyce Alire; his daughter Ruby Alire; his step-son Curtis Johnican; his grandchildren Kaci (Eddie) Shine, Cody Alire, and Tara Berry; his great-grandchild Karis Alire; his siblings Porfie (Mae), Arturo (Veronica), David, Robert, Priscilla (Jerry), Joann, Pauline, Judy (Paul), and Lucy (Roy); his sister-in-law Victoria; a special aunt and uncle Frances and Horace Jaramillo; and many loving nieces and nephews.
Paco was preceded in death by his daughter Rose Berry; his parents; and his siblings Jimmy, Horace, Ophilia, and baby brother Jimmy.
Visitation will be from 9 a.m. until time of service at 11 a.m. Friday, November 1st at Sunset Mausoleum, Chapel of Peace with a burial to directly follow at Sunset Memorial Park.
