Michael “Mike” Arthur Walts, 76, passed away on April 14, 2020. He was born on February 9, 1944 to Margaret and William Walts in Evansville, Indiana.
Mike loved being outdoors where he enjoyed hunting and fishing. His favorite outdoor activity was camping with his beloved wife in their camper. He also was a gifted woodworker, and made cabinets and furniture. He was a member of Lessing Lodge and the Hadi Shrine. He worked at Zeneth and retired from Hon. His main passion was spending time with his family, friends, and grandkids. He was always proud of his grandkids.
Mike couldn’t live without the love of his life of 41 years, Charlotte who just passed away five days ago.
Mike is survived by his sons Mark (Yvette) Walts and Kevin (Michelle) Reine; his grandchildren Nicholas Reine, Hadley Walts, Blake Reine, and Ethan Reine; and many nieces and nephews.
Preceded in death by his parents Margaret and William Walts, his beloved wife Charlotte Walts, his brother Bill Walts, and sister in law Barbara Walts.
A service will be held at the gazebo at 2 p.m. Friday June 5th at Sunset Memorial Park.
