Matthew E. Moore, 45, passed away surrounded by his loving family on November 13, 2022. He was born on September 8, 1977 to Stephen and Vicki (English) Moore in Evansville, Indiana.
Matthew lit up the lives of his loved ones with his presence and his contagious laughter. He had a love for all things Mickey Mouse. Not a single day passed without him showing the deepest love for others. To know Matthew is to love him. Matthew may have had a little footprint but it was deep, he was a blessing to all.
Along with his parents, Matthew is survived by his brother Jason (Sheila) Moore and their son Dylan; uncles Gary (Bonnie) English, David English, and aunt Carole (Steven) Alexander; Godfather Dylan Stefanich; several cousins and extended family; and day care My Kids II special friends and family.
Matthew was preceded in death by grandparents Elvis and Bernice Moore and Paul and Constance English, uncle Steven English and aunt Evelyn Blythe.
Visitation will be from 11am until the time of service at 1pm on Wednesday, November 16, 2022 at Sunset Funeral Home with a burial to directly follow at Sunset Memorial Park. In lieu of flowers, please make donations to Shriners Hospital in Matthews honor. Matt’s family lovingly extends a sincere thank you to the teams at Parkview Care Center, Rotherwood Group Home, and Heart to Heart Hospice for all their love and care.
