Mary Glazebrook Ruark, 75, passed away May 6, 2018 at Deaconess Gateway Hospital. Mary was born the daughter to the late Raymond and Galena Glazebrook on January 7, 1943 in Morganfield, KY she was delivered by her grandmother at home.
Mary is survived by her daughter Tracey (Mark) Hirsch; son Dale (Debra) Ruark; grandchildren Kate Hirsch, Kara Hirsch, Mathew Ruark, Scott Ruark; great-grandchildren Makenzie Ruark, Grace Ruark; sister Tammy Campbell; brother James Glazebrook; life time friend Joanne Brown; fur babies Maggie and grand dog Frog; and special caregiver Joyce Woehler.
Mary is preceded in death by her husband of 51 years James Ruark.
The family of Mary will be having a private funeral service at Sunset Funeral Home Friday May 11, 2018 at 11:00 a.m.
In lieu of flowers the family request donations be made to the Alzheimer’s Association.
