Louis Marvin Canney, 72, passed away on September 11, 2019. He was born on November 28, 1946 to Louis Burton Canney and Dorothy Canney in Evansville, Indiana
Louis was a loving father and grandfather. Louis enjoyed working on cars especially older classic cars. Louis also enjoyed listening to Elvis music. He was a man of God and loved the Lord with all his heart. He was a very kind and generous man. He would help anyone in any way he could and offered them words of prayer when in need.
Louis is survived by his sons Matthew Canney, William Canney, and Darrin Canney; his grandchildren Adam Canney, Natasha Canney, Aaron Canney, and Brandon Canney; his brother Larry Canney; and his longtime friend Larry Fleeger.
Louis was preceded in death by parents.
A graveside service will be at 1 p.m. on Tuesday, September 17th at Sunset Memorial Park.
