Leonard E. Weiss Jr., 72, passed away on April 12, 2021. He was born on November 8, 1948, to Leonard Weiss Sr. and Geraldine Weiss in Evansville, Indiana.
Leonard served 24 years in the Army Reserve. He was a very active member of the American Legion and AMVETS. He enjoyed spending time as an active member at Keck Avenue Church. He would watch the Evansville Reitz Panthers football games any chance he got. Leonard loved his family very much and he was loved the same.
Leonard was preceded in death by his parents, Leonard Weiss Sr. and Geraldine Weiss; his loving wife Barbara Weiss; and his son Eric Weiss.
Leonard is survived by his children Steven Weiss, Randall Weiss; his grandchildren Jordan and Autumn Weiss; and many more friends and family. He will be missed greatly.
Visitation will be from 11 am until the time of service at 12 am on Friday, April 16, 2021, at Sunset Funeral Home Chapel of Peace with burial to directly follow at Sunset Memorial Park.
