Lana Dean Dodson, 68, of Newburgh, IN, passed away on November 29, 2021. She was born on March 2, 1953, in Princeton, KY, to John T. Hunt and Doris D. Hunt.
Lana worked many years as a Data Entry Clerk for TJ Maxx Distribution Center. She was a devoted, caring, and loving wife to her husband of 49 years, Timothy Dodson. She was an excellent cook, always trusted to bring the turkey, deviled eggs and sweet tea. Lana was also incredibly intelligent, enjoying playing Scrabble on her phone.
Lana is preceded in death by her brother, Steve Hunt; her father, John T. Hunt; and her mother, Doris D. Hunt.
Lana is survived by her husband, Timothy Dodson; her sisters, Lisa Priddy and Rhonda Miller; her brother, Terry Hunt; as well as her numerous nieces and nephews, Sara Miles, Josh Miles, Katelyn Hunter, Jennifer Vandenberg, Alex Bilderback, Jason Hunt, Wayne Hunt, and Matthew Hunt.
