As the first person one would meet upon arrival at the Berry Corporate offices, Kathy consistently made all guests welcomed with her smile and willingness to help. She elevated the role of receptionist to ‘Ambassador for Evansville,’ and her consistency to exude positivity day after day speaks volumes of the high caliber human she was. The world needs more folks like Kathy, and she will be sorely missed.

Kathy Miller, age 67, went home to be with the Lord on Thursday, September 2, 2021. She was born to William C. and Ruth (Hollingsworth) McGee on October 16, 1953 in Evansville, Indiana.

Kathy was a 1971 graduate of North High School. Kathy worked at Berry Plastics as a corporate receptionist for 20 years. Her outgoing personality showed every day, she never met a stranger, had no filter; and would tell others about her grandbabies and family. Kathy had a huge love of designer purses, shoes, and clothes. She was always determined to look her best for any occasion. Every Saturday night, Kathy and Gary would eat dinner with their best friends Tony and Carmen. Red Lobster being her favorite. On Sunday mornings, she loved to renew her faith by watching Jimmy Swaggart on SBN. Kathy loved her friends, but most importantly she loved her grandbabies and family.
