Jere M. Hampton, 84, passed away on November 18, 2022, in Evansville, Indiana. He was born on September 12, 1938, in Tennessee.
Jere served his country in the Airborne Division of the Army. He graduated from the University of Maryland. He went on to work as an Executive in Product Development in the Footwear Industry. Throughout his 40 years in the Footwear business, he traveled the world, for a brief time he lived in Italy, Brazil, and China. Jere loved traveling and seeing new places. He had many hobbies; tennis, scuba-diving, and skiing. Jere loved his family more than anything and will be missed greatly.
Services will be held at a later date in Boston, Massachusetts.
