Jennifer Golden “Haley” Hoffman

Jennifer Golden “Haley” Hoffman, 25, of Fort Branch Indiana passed on July 26, 2019. She was born on September 2, 1993 to Jerry and Kimberly Haley.
Jennifer is survived by her loving husband Jacob; father Jerry Haley Jr; brothers Dustin and Collin Haley; niece Addison; and nephew Bently.
Jennifer loved spending time with her husband which they shared so many loving memories together always remembering their Anniversary on April 14, 2018. She loved spending time with her family, and especially enjoyed being the best aunt to Addy. Jennifer loved her beloved dogs Chaz and Piper.
Jennifer has worked the last five years at T J Maxx, and also worked part time at American RV.
Jennifer is preceded in death by her mother Kimberly Haley, and grandfathers Douglas B. Euler and Jerry Haley Sr.
Visitation will be held at Sunset Funeral Home on Tuesday July 30, 2019 where friends can visit from 2pm to 8pm. Visitation on Wednesday July 31, 2019 from 9am-11am with service at 11. Graveside will follow at Liberty Cemetery where she will be laid to rest.
