I worked with Jeff at DPat for a year. He always paid attention to detail for the work he did had to be within fit of the glass. I honestly admired his skill and focus for he really knew his profession and did it well! He always thought of the customer and that is a true worker. I am sorry for your loss, However, may Jeff RIP and enjoy his fun fishing times now in Heaven!
Jeffrey Scott Winters went to be with Jesus this morning, September 24, 2022. He was born July 29, 1965, to Gary and Joyce Winters, who preceded him in death.
Jeff was a very generous, loving and caring man. He always looked for ways to help others, especially children. He had a passion for gardening, hunting and fishing. He spent his career working in the automotive glass industry. He spent his last 8 years working at D-Patrick Collision Center.
He is survived by his two sons, Austin (Abby) and Trevor (Danielle); four grandchildren – Anniston, Barrett, Isaiah and Waylon; a sister – Scheri (Chuck) Buis; and four brothers – Gary Jr. (DeeAnn), David, Billy and Bengy. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Services will be on Tuesday, September 27, at Sunset Funeral Home Shepherd Chapel. Visitation will be 9-10 AM with funeral services at 10 AM. Burial will follow at Tupman Cemetary in Evansville, Indiana.
