Ernest “Gene” DeForrest, 78, passed away on May 9, 2022. He was born on February 23, 1944, in Muncie, Indiana.
Gene loved fishing, his favorite spots were Blue Grass Fishing and Wildlife and Muncie Reservoir. He served his country in the United States Army. He was a member of Bethel United Church of Christ. He will be missed greatly.
Gene is survived by son Ty DeForrest (Shannan) and granddaughter Jasmine DeForrest.
