Doris Faye Richert, 67, passed away on January 10, 2020. She was born on July 28, 1952 to Lethal Doyle and Beulah Fern Reed in Evansville, Indiana.
Doris was a huge Elvis fan and loved listening to his music. She enjoyed collecting all of his memorabilia. Doris loved to dance, sing, and race around in her cougar. She also loved listening to Oldies music and watching scary movies. Her favorite was David Banner’s Dracula. She also enjoyed watching Pirates of the Caribbean and collecting jewelry.
Doris is survived by her children Sherry Bline, Donald Pitsonbarger, and Jeana (Michael) McElroy; her grandchildren Jessica Pitsonbarger (Torrey), Ricky Pitsonbarger, Tomy (Daniel) Bline, Brittney (Niles) Amalla, Alvin Wright Jr., and Gabriel McElroy; her great-grandchildren Te’kia Murray, Nevaeh Murray, Makayla Murray, and Athena Amalla; and many nieces and nephews.
Doris was preceded in death by her parents and her brothers Gary Reed and Jimmy Reed.
