My name is Karen Homyak Hart. Diane was my first cousin. I just found out that she has passed away. Her mom, Eva was my dad’s sister (Nicholas Homyak). It had been many years since I saw Diane, the last time being at our Uncle Joe Dazinski’s funeral. I just wanted to extend my condolences to the entire family. I have also passed this on to my brothers and sisters (10 of us all together). Respectfully, Karen

Diane A. Otzmann , 73, of Evansville passed away on Friday, November 20, 2020.
She was born to Theodore and Eva Zablotny on November 30, 1946 in Newark,
New Jersey.
Diane and her late husband, Bob, started their family on the east
coast raising their young children and moved to Indiana in 1985. Diane was well
known as the Bridal Guru and assisted many years helping brides in the tri-state
area with their bridal registries. She was very knowledgeable on the best utensils
for the new bride in her kitchen and home. Diane would not let a holiday go by
without family togetherness and finding the special kitchen utensil to give as a
gift.
Diane was preceded in death by her husband Robert, who passed in 2012.
Diane is survived by her children, Keith (Lori) Otzmann and Kim (Jon) Hamby. She
has five grandchildren; Ryan Otzmann, Lexie (Clay) Tungate, Zoie Hamby, Kadi
Otzmann and Elsie Hamby. She had two great granddaughters, Rivalee and Olivette
Tungate.
Diane’s services will be private.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to St. Judes Childrens Hospital.
