Charles “Chuck” Carroll Jr., 56, passed away January 11, 2018 in Chandler, IN. Chuck was born the son of Charles Sr. and Edna Evon Carroll on October 25, 1961 in Evansville, IN.
Chuck is survived by his of 35 years Cheri; children Jason (Anna) Carroll and Eric (Miranda) Carroll; grandchildren Elias and Zachary; and brother Fred (Rhonda) Carroll.
Chuck was preceded in death by his parents.
Memorial service will be on Tuesday, January 16, 2018 from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. at Sunset Funeral Home. In lieu of flowers, please donate to Jerry’s Kids or the Muscular Dystrophy Association in his name.
