So sorry to hear of Carolyn’s passing. We were classmates at Slaughters High School class of 1955. Many happy memories of times with her. Prayers for the family.
Carolyn Faye Todd Lamb, 84, passed away peacefully on June 22, 2020 at Good Samaritan Home in Evansville, IN. She was born on May 8, 1936 to Lonnie Otto Todd and Rose Ellen Dorris Todd.
Carolyn loved her two Scottish Terriers and a close third was her husband, Wayne Lee Lamb, who passed away December 18, 2012. They were married for 52 years. She is also preceded in death by her son, Lonnie Lamb, her brother Maurice Kent Todd, and her parents.
Carolyn enjoyed sitting around the Nurses Station and was basically the “Hall Monitor” for South Unit. She had a smile for everyone and a wicked sense of humor. She will be missed by so many.
Carolyn is survived by her daughter, Stacey Ellen Lamb Coley and three grandchildren (Lonnie Lamb). Stacey would like to thank the wonderful caring staff at The Good Samaritan Home as well as the caring medical professionals at Heart to Heart Hospice.
Due to these uncertain times, there will be Visitation only on Thursday, June 25th from 3 p.m. until 7 p.m. at Sunset Funeral Home. There will be no graveside services.
If you would like to make donations to The Good Samaritan Home or Heart to Heart Hospice, it would be greatly appreciated.
