Carol Ann Roy, 64, passed away on August 13, 2022. She was born on August 9, 1958, in Georgia, to Arval and Ethel Roy.
Carol, a graduate of Harrison High School, went on to be a bartender. She worked for a long time at the Captain’s Den until they closed. In her spare time, she enjoyed horse races and river camping. Carol spent much of her time with her long-time companion, Bill Burress. Together, they enjoyed keeping up with their favorite sports teams, the Atlanta Braves and the Kansas City Chiefs.
Carol is survived by her life companion, William Burress; her brother, Teddy Roy; and many more extended family members.
Carol is preceded in death by her parents; and her brothers, Eddie and Freddie Roy.
