Brian J. Engler, 63, went home to be with the Lord on October 10, 2022. He was born on July 17,1959 to Leroy R. Engler and Shirley (Wilson) Engler in Evansville, Indiana.
Brian owned Engler Flashing Company working as a Specialty Contractor. He attended Evansville North High School. He was an avid golf player, he spent every week on the course with his group of friends. He had a special love for his three chocolate labs, they were his best friends. Above all, his family and friends meant the world to him.
Brian is survived by his mother Shirley Engler; siblings Rev. Dennis (Diane) Engler and Linda Engler; aunt Cindy Corbett and uncle Mike (Donna) Wilson; cousins Kevin (Julie) Wilson and Andrea Engler; nieces and nephews Mindy (Jeff) Graper and family, Michael (Andrea) Meeler and family, Aaron (Alisa) Engler; his companion of many years Julie; and good friends Denise and Merl Powell. Brian was preceded in death by his father Leroy R. Engler; grandparents Lovie Engler, Bob Wilson, and Imogene Wilson.
A Celebration of Life will be held at Word of His Grace Fellowship located at 2807 Stringtown Road, on October 22, 2022 with visitation at 4pm until the time of service at 5pm.
