On Friday September 23rd, 2022, Brenda Marie Thompson passed away surrounded by her loving family. Brenda was born November 3rd, 1945, in Rosine, Kentucky, to Carlos and Mourine Tuck.

Brenda lived a full life loving her family and her husband of forty-five years, William Thompson. She was dedicated to her career as well, working as a CNA at Pine Haven Nursing Home for nearly twenty years. In Brenda’s free time, she loved her social media, and keeping up with the world by watching lifetime movies and the news. She always enjoyed working in her yard. She enjoyed family gatherings. The family will deeply miss her cooking and sharing stories together.

Brenda is survived by her loving husband, William Thompson; daughter, Debbie (Gary) Forston; son, Jerry (Dana) Duncan; daughter, Candy (Jeff) Green; daughter, Karla; eight loving grandchildren, Christie Fancher, Stephen (Dana) Fancher, Samantha Sumrall, Jerri Ann (Cody) Venable, Jaime Joann Duncan, Gage Lee Duncan, Tristan Warner, Bryce Warner; her sister, Joyce (Gary) Spurling; sister-in-law, Sheila Tuck; brother-in-law, Todd Fisher; Connie (Dan) Hatland, and many loving great grandchildren, cousins, nieces, and nephews.

Brenda is preceded in death by her parents, Carlos and Mourine Tuck, Danny (Sue) Tuck, Barbara (Relis) Duncan, Randall Tuck, Janice (Carl) Dunn, and Doris Fisher.

Services will be held at Sunset Funeral Home and Memorial Park. Visitation will be from 11am to 1pm, with the funeral service beginning at 1pm on Friday, September 30th.
