Bonnie Sue Knapp, 82, passed away on October 10, 2020. She was born on September 19, 1938 to Earl and Ada Hostetler in Evansville, Indiana.
Bonnie was a wonderful wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother. She was such a loving woman who loved spending time with her family. She was a bookkeeper for the BMV for over 20 years. Bonnie was a wonderful cook and enjoyed crafting. She and her husband loved to travel. They went all over the world from Europe to her favorite place on the beaches of Hawaii.
Bonnie is survived by her husband of 65 years Paul Knapp; her daughters Sheree (Steven) Miller, Paula Blythe, and Michelle (Charles II) Kirsch; her grandchildren David, Candy, Paige, Anna, Steven Robert (Nina), Hannah, Aimee, Allyshia, Victoria, Jenna, Rebecca, Eric, Catherine, Aaron (Dee), Sarah (Ayla), and Joseph; her great-grandchildren Emma, Abby, Gracie, Xavier James, and twelve other great-grandchildren.
Bonnie was preceded in death by her parents Earl and Ada Hostetler; her granddaughter Stephanie; and her great-grandson Xaidan.
Visitation will be from 5 p.m. – 8 p.m. Wednesday, October 14th. A service will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday, October 15th at Sunset Funeral Home with a burial to follow at Sunset Memorial Park. Family and friends can visit from 10 a.m. until time of service.
