I was born July 2 1930 to Dan and Olivia (Folz) Pfettscher. After our father passed when I was fifteen, my brother Jack Pfettscher (deceased) and I was raised by my stepfather Edwin Fuchs.

I married Nicholas Wirth (Deceased 1984) April 19, 1952. We opened Wirth Machine Inc. with family in 1974 and I was owner/operator after Nick’s passing.

God blessed me with a great family. Twin sons, Terry Wirth, Jerry Wirth (Treva); two daughters, Joann Logan (John) Linda Hogan (Richard) and lots of grandchildren; great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews; and my surviving sister-in-law Florence Pfettscher who I love and many who called me mom.

I wrote my own obit. No, I am not going to the arms of the Lord; I have been there all of my life. Thank you Lord.

The family extends their appreciation to the staff and residents of Parkview Care Center for the care and love given to our mother.

Visitation will be Wednesday October 7th from 3-7pm at Sunset Funeral Home with a memorial service at 7pm officiated Rev. John Sloan.  Interment will be private at a later date. In lieu of flowers please donate to any food bank of your choice.
