Anthony L. Stevens, 65, passed away on October 25, 2022, surrounded by family.

Anthony was born on April 10, 1957, in Kentucky. He was the most kindhearted, amazing, and loving husband, father, grandfather, and great-grandfather. He met the love of his life, Brenda, when they were young, and they knew right then they would be together for life. On March 23, 1978, they got married, and have been together 45 beautiful years. Together, they created a wonderful life with their children and family. He put his family above all, they were the most close-knit group. He was a talented musician; he could write a song in minutes. He had an amazing singing voice and could play the guitar unlike you have ever heard before. He was the best storyteller; he could catch your attention so quickly. Each morning, he would sit on the porch swing with his coffee, which was his favorite time. He enjoyed fishing, hunting, and enjoying the outdoors. He loved spending days watching old western films. Anthony was such an incredible man, and his memory will live on in the hearts of his loved ones.

Anthony is survived by his loving wife Brenda Stevens; children Candi (JR) Ashworth, David (Jamie) Stevens, Samantha Stevens, and Chassidy Winstead; grandchildren Kaylin, Dakota, Sean, Nick, Conner, Chase, Scarlett, and granddog Emma Jean; great-grandchildren Serenity, Maddison, and Jaxon; siblings Lana Long, Regina Madison, Gail Stewart, Vanessa Everidge, Randy Neal, Rodger Stevens; and numerous extended family and friends.

Anthony was preceded in death by his grandmother Helen Babb (Granny Mimi), mother-in-law Ernistine Carlisle, and brother-in-law Jeff Pierce.

Visitation will be from 1pm until the time of service at 2pm on Monday, October 31, 2022 at Sunset Funeral Home. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Sunset Funeral Home to assist in funeral expenses.
