Russ, So sorry to hear about your mom. She sounds like she lived a long and fulfilling life. May she fly high and RIP. Sending prayers for all the family! From an old coworker of Ideal American Dairy!
Mildred was a childhood friend of my grandmother. When I was a child in the 1960s, she always took time to stop and have a word with me. She spoke to me as an equal, and was happy to share her wisdom, advice and memories – to me she was a kind of “teacher”. I admired and respected her very much.
Sending condolences from “Down Under”.
